Charming Studio in Central Paris
Reservations: We will hold the apartment for you upon receipt of your email or booking
form confirming your dates and the number of persons in your party pending receipt of the
deposit and rental agreement. We have a rental agreement that we ask you to sign and mail to
us accepting the conditions of your rental.
Booking Deposit: We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The balance is due not
less than 3 weeks before your arrival.
Payment: Payments can be made by PayPal, wire transfer to our bank, by personal check or
by direct deposit.
Checkin: We are a personalized service, and thus we try to accommodate you as much as
possible upon arrival. In most cases, you will be able to check in to your apartment as soon as
you arrive in Paris. We estimate it takes about 2 hours to get from the airport to our
apartments, and we customize your check in time so you can come straight to the apartment,
where a representative will greet you.
Cancellation: If you must cancel outside of 60 days prior to your arrival date, we are happy
to refund your deposit in full, minus a 50 € processing charge. If less than 60 days from your
arrival, we cannot guarantee a refund, but we will do our best to find a renter for the time
allotted, and if so, then we will be able to refund your deposit in full, less the processing fee.
We do understand that unavoidable circumstances can occur, and if it is possible, we will try
to offer you alternate dates for your stay. We also recommend obtaining trip cancellation
insurance to protect your investment in the case of cancellation: www.insuremytrip.com
Security Deposit: We require a 200 € security deposit which is fully refundable, less any
damage or breakage (normal wear and tear excluded). The security deposit is payable as a
portion of the initial booking deposit and will be refunded in 30 days or less after your
departure.
Minimum Rental: The minimum stay is generally one week but we would be happy to
discuss shorter or longer stays.
Apartment: The apartment is privately owned and in a residential building. It is not a hotel!
Please respect the neighbors.
Rates: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change.
Last Minute Specials: We occasionally offer special last minute rates depending on timing
and availability.
Children: The apartment is not really suitable for children.
Smoking: No. Smoking in the apartment will result in the loss of some of your deposit.
Pets: No.
Lost Keys: In the case of loss of keys, you will be charged for a change of lock.
Cleaning: Cleaning is included in the price quoted.
If You Are Disappointed: We really want you to enjoy your trip to Paris and aim to give the
best service possible. However, occasionally things don't work out as planned. Our goal is to
try to resolve problems immediately if and when they occur. We would ask you to first
contact us, explain your problem and we will try to solve it promptly. If this is not sufficient
for you, we promise to work with you to find a reasonable compromise. After all, it is your
trip and we want you to have a wonderful time!
